📦 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Spain (peninsula): 2–5 business days.

  • Balearic / Canary Islands: 4–7 business days.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay.

🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been sent yet .
Contact us as soon as possible at mmaspain@mmaspain.es , including your order number. You can also contact us via WhatsApp on the "Contact" page.

Once submitted, we can no longer modify it.

🚚 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries in Europe.

🔁 Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

🛠️ What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

We regret any inconvenience.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue immediately.
